9:30 – 17:10 (Monday – Friday)
9:30 – 12:10 (Saturday)

Before the medical examination

  • Students are required to bring both their insurance card and Student ID card for medical treatment. The medical treatment is partially covered by health insurance and the remaining medical bills will be charged at the reception counter.
  • Faculty and Staff must bring both their insurance card and Faculty/Staff ID card.
  • Regular students may receive medical fee partial reimbursement from the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association.
