This webpage provides admissions information regarding applicants who are currently enrolled in the Japanese Language Program (JLP). Specifically, this application is only for students currently enrolled at Waseda University with student ID numbers 9226A*** or 9226D***.
If you do not meet these criteria, please apply through CJL website, not this page.
Online Application (for Currently Enrolled JLP Students)
Applicants for for Currently Enrolled JLP Students MUST apply through online. Please follow the instruction below and complete the Online Application during the registration period.

How to Apply
1. Access the onine application form.
2. Refer to the files below to prepare necessary information.

4. When you finish all the questions, please check your information again before you click “保存(SAVE)” button to complete the registration.

- Please submit all the documents through this online form. ※In PDF format.
- You cannot save the data. If you cannot finish it at one time, you need to start again from the beginning.
- Amount of time required：35-50 minutes ※Please prepare all the documents and answers in advance.
- You will not complete online application until you click “保存（SAVE）” button.
- Please note that any application sent after the deadline will not be accepted.
