A Diploma will be sent free of charge from the CJL office at the end of September 2026 (*).
They will be delivered in October 2026 or later.
Consequently, if you require any certificates, please follow the procedures below.
(*) A Diploma will be sent only to those who have fulfilled the requirements for completion. It is not possible to specify the timing of shipment.
1. Certificates that can be applied online
For a Transcript of Academic Record, a GPA certificate and a Certificate of Enrollment Duration, please submit a regular online application at the Waseda Portal Office (WPO) website.
A download link for the digital certificate (PDF data of the certificate) can be sent directly to your employer, educational or research institution, etc.
・If you apply online, shipping fees apply for certificates other than digital certificates.
・Please be sure to check below to find out when online application will be available.
When online application will be available
2. Application at the CJL Office (Deadline: 31 July 2026)
In the following cases, applications could be made at the CJL office and the certificates could be sent, free of charge, with your Diploma (*).
・Eligible cases:
1. If you require a certificate for which online application is not available (please check here for a list of ineligible certificates)
2. If you are not in a hurry and wish to receive your certificate(s) with your Diploma (free of charge)
・Application deadline: Until Friday, 31 July 2026
・How to apply: Please bring the required documents and cash to the CJL Office (4th floor, Building 22) during opening hours. For further details, please refer to How to Apply for Certificates.
(*) A Certificate of Completion will be issued if you have fulfilled the completion requirements. If you have not fulfilled the requirements, a Certificate of Enrollment Duration will be issued.

3. Mandatory Procedure for All Students (Mid-July)
Please register the address to receive your Diploma and/or the certificates through the “Shipping Address Registration Form for Diploma/Transcripts”. The form will be sent to your Waseda email address in the middle of July 2026. Please check your Waseda email and complete it by the due date.
