・当日イベント内では企業からの直接スカウトなども可としておりますので、ポスター発表の有無に関わらず、名刺やプロフィールシート（履歴書、CV）などをご持参ください。/Since direct scouting from companies will be allowed during the event, please bring business cards and/or a profile sheet (resume or CV), regardless of whether you are giving a poster presentation.

本イベントは、早稲田大学及び慶應義塾大学の在籍学生のみご参加いただけます。該当しない方のご参加はご遠慮ください。/For Waseda and Keio students only. Participation by others is not permitted.

参加申込において、「ポスター発表」を行う方、発表はせず「一般参加」としてのお申込かで「申込券種」が分かれております。
当てはまるものを1種類のみ選択し、申し込んでください。/For registration, please choose only one of the following categories:

〇ポスター発表（当日、発表の機会あり）/Poster Presenter (You will have an opportunity to present on the day)
〇一般参加（ポスター発表／掲示をしない方、学部・修士の方など）/General Participant (For those who will not present or display a poster, such as undergraduate or master’s students)

■ポスター発表希望の方/Poster Presenters⇒ 9月22日(月)9:00まで
■一般参加の方General Participants⇒イベント当日まで/ Until the day of the event
※ただし、申込者数が多数の場合、会場収容人数を考慮し、締切日前であっても途中で申込受付を終了する場合もございます。
