Advanced Collaborative Research Organization for Smart Society (ACROSS)Waseda University

This is a study group that has been operating continuously since FY2015 to delve deeply into the issue of “future energy supply,” which can be said to be a core theme of the research activities at ACROSS. In FY2024, we will promote the following themes.

• Research on energy supply and energy flow from the present to 2030 and beyond and analysis of energy chains
• Commentary on trends on the status and demonstrations of system studies related to the use of distributed energy resources, smart meters, etc., led by the ERAB Study Group of the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry
• Research reports on the latest trends in international energy situations (United States, Europe, etc.)
