Matsumaru Lab mainly focuses on the topic of Bio-Robotics and Human-Mechatronics, we learn and develop the latest technology and apply it to the field of robotics to improve human life. The current research content of our laboratory is quite wide, including path planning, motion recognition, fake face detection, deformation reproduction, SLAM. Of course, students can also put forward new research proposals based on their abilities and interests. If you encounter challenges and difficulties, professors and senior students can also provide support.

Professor Matsumaru is an excellent supervisor who not only has sufficient experience in providing research guidance, but also provides good guidance in academic writing for students who want to publish academic papers.

Laboratory members include students from different countries such as China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and there will also be the occasional visitor or resident from a foreign university for research exchange.

Every week every student has the opportunity to show his progress or difficulties encountered. Since our laboratory has many students with different backgrounds and majors in different fields, everyone can get a lot of useful advice and help from professors and senior students. If you need more guidance and discussion, you can also apply for a private meeting with the professor or privately organize a discussion with the laboratory students.

Regarding research equipment, our research room is equipped with various cameras and multiple robotic arms. For students who want to use deep learning technology, it is also equipped with deep learning servers. If you need to buy new equipment, you will be able to get it after clearly explaining your proposal and discussing it with the professor.

In addition to the research, Students will also organize various extracurricular activities such as sports, parties, travel, etc. to deepen mutual understanding and become good partners in research and life.

Welcome to you!
