Dear IPS students
Administrative office reopens gradually from July 6th(Mon.). When you visit campus, please take care of yourself in order to prevent the spread of infection.We recommend that you apply for your certificate or exteｎsion of visa by post if you are not in hurry. Opening hours and administrative service may be limited, as staff members work in shift. Upon receipt of your application, we will send back the certificates by postal service, but this may take time. We are sorry if this might cause you any inconvenience, but We would appreciate your kind understanding on this.

＊Limited number of people at IPS office and please line up in order to Three Cs(1. Closed Spaces with poor ventilation 2. Crowded Places with many people nearby 3. Close-contact Settings such as close-range conversations).
＊Please visit at IPS office if you needed. No accompanying others.
＊Wear a mask and use hand sanitizer before entering into IPS office.
＊Application for certificates: Please download the application form at first, fill in the form and submit it to IPS office. Please prepare the exact amount of issuing fee.

Please download the application form and fill in the form and submit it to IPS office with attached receipt( original or copy ). The application deadline is July 10th for medical service in April. The other deadline is refer the following website.
