Reservation for regular use of facilities in KSRP (Second Term)

On reservation for regular use of facilities, booking request will be adjusted between the universities in Hibikino.
If you wish to book it, submit the required documents to IPS Office.

Making a booking request

Application will be accepted four times a year.

How to Apply

Step1．Step1. Submit the following document via Waseda Email by the deadline

• Request Form for use of facilities
• Name List

Step2．As soon as your request has been confirmed, submit “Application for using a facility” to IPS office by e-mail.

Attention

Your request should be weekly activity which is held on same day of week once a week.
If you would like to book it twice a week, you must book for another again after each term is begun.
The name list will be only used in IPS. When IPS cannot make contact with the team leader, we will make contact with the member of group list.
Reservations are unavailable all day on August 1 (Sat), August 23 (Sun), August 25–28, September 1–7, and September 27 (Sun).
