我们将最大努力地帮你在IPS度过有意义的学生生活。
你是否有以下的烦恼？例如,
关于学分、转专业/关于未来、职业道路/关于人际关系、家庭/关于自己的性格/情绪低落/就是不想去学校/有关性别与性取向，等等。
哪怕是些微不足道的事情，我们也会和你一起商讨。
〔关于个人信息的保护〕
对于获取的个人信息，学生相谈室将按照《早稻田大学个人信息保护条例》进行严格管理，仅会用于与咨询服务相关的必要活动（包括通过电话或信件联系你）。 在未经你同意的情况下，我们不会向第三方透露你的信息，你的院系、研究生院等也包括在内。但如果关系到你本人和他人的人身安全或涉及严重犯罪时，我们会请求相关部门采取必要的措施。
【咨询服务使用方法】
学生相谈室提供以下（1）-（5）种咨询方式。均为预约制，请按各项服务的说明进行预约。
(1) 面对面的咨询（日语、汉语）
IPS每周提供日语和汉语的面对面心理咨询。
每周三9:00-12:00(节假日和大学假期除外)

从 2025 年 4 月起，开放时间将发生如下变化。
每周三（节假日和大学假期除外）
9:15-17:00（13:00-14:00 除外）
(2) 单次电话咨询（日语、英语、汉语）
对于希望尽早接受咨询的同学，学校开设了 “单次电话咨询窗口”，由早稻田大学学生相谈室的心理咨询师提供该项服务。

(3) 线上咨询（日语、汉语）
由早稻田大学学生相谈室的心理咨询师提供在线视频咨询（Zoom）（日语和汉语）。

(4) cotree咨询（日语、英语）
这是由校外咨询机构（cotree Inc.）提供的咨询服务。晚上或周末，如果你希望尽早接受咨询，我们建议你使用这项服务。

(5)法律咨询（电话咨询）（日语）
由律师提供有关房屋租赁合同、商品合同、兼职打工等各种纠纷的法律咨询。此咨询每个月两次。

*不受理和早稻田大学或是涉事双方均为早稻田大学相关人员的咨询。
IPS Counseling Room
The Student Counseling Room will help you solve your problems.
We are here for you to make your IPS campus life more satisfying and meaningful.
We would like to provide as much support to help you get through difficulties.

Feel free to contact us even you think it is just inconsequential thing.

Your personal information obtained at the Student Counseling Room will be managed securely in accordance with the “Waseda University Personal Information Security Rules” and will be used for actions necessary for implementing counseling services (including telephone calls and letters to individuals). In addition, we will not disclose this information to third parties, including your faculty or graduate school, without your consent. However, this does not apply to cases involving the life or physical safety of yourself or others, or in cases of serious crime.
How to use our services?
We provide some ways for approaching your concerns. You’re required to make the reservation all the way. Follow the instruction on each section.
①Counseling in person
Face-to-face consultations in Chinese and Japanese are also available at the IPS campus once in a week.

②The Single Call Advising Service
We provide the Single-Call Advising Service for people who want to speak with a counselor (clinical psychologist in the Student Counseling Room of Waseda University) as soon as possible.

③Online counseling
You also be able to have online video (Zoom) counseling by clinical psychologist who is belonging to the Student Counseling Room of Waseda University in Japanese and Chinese. It is available to discuss your theme with specific counselor.

④cotree
This is the counseling service through an external counseling organization (cotree Co., Ltd.)
We recommend using this service if you want to have counseling session at night, on the weekend or as soon as possible. (This is Free up to twice in a month.)

⑤Legal Consultation (By Phone, talk with in Japanese only)
Lawyers give legal advice for various troubles such as apartment rental contracts, product contracts, and part-time jobs. Consultation days are twice a month.
*We cannot provide consultation if the other party is Waseda University or if both parties are related to Waseda University.
