| 【第二回 特別研究員ランチタイム情報交換会】
日時 ：２０２５年４月９日(水)１２時半～１３時半 場所 ：３号館１０階第１会議室（1-1.1-2の事務所側半分） 対象者：政研・経研の修士課程・博士課程の正規生 申込 ：参加申請はこちら (申請なしで直接会場にお越しいただいてもかまいません。また、時間内でいつ来ていただいても帰っていただいても構いません。) 内容 ：【前半30分間】先輩DC達の自己紹介＋【後半30分間】グループの懇談会(10分×3ターン) 前半は先輩DCより自己紹介とご自身の申請書のこだわりについてお話頂きます。後半は参加者を３グループに分け、先輩DCに各グループを回っていただくような少人数の懇談会を行います。当日は教員も数名参加しますので、教員が科研費等の申請書を書くときどのようなことに留意しているのか等もご相談頂けます。DC（内定者含む）や教員数名とのインフォーマルな懇談等を通して、申し込みに向けた情報収集を行っていただくことができます。全体の進行は日本語でおこなわれますが、参加者や教員との個別の会話はフリートークですので、英語での会話も可能です。 補足 ：サンドイッチ等の軽食（先着順）を準備します! |

| The Second Lunchtime Information Exchange regarding JSPS Research Fellowship
Date: April 9, 2025 (Wed) 12:30 p.m. – 13:30 p.m. Place: Conference Room No1, Building #3 10th floor Target: Master’s and doctoral Regular Student in Graduate School of Political Science or Economics. Application： Click here for application (You may come directly to the venue without application. You can come or leave anytime within the hour. ) Content：First half (30 minutes): Self-introductions by senior DCs + Second half (30 minutes): Group discussion (10 minutes x 3 rounds) First half of the session, senior DCs will introduce themselves and there will be time for a general Q&A session. Participants will then be divided into small groups, and senior DCs will go around to each group for consultation. Several faculty members will also be participating on the day, so you can also consult with them about what they pay attention to when writing applications for research grants, etc.You can gather information for your application through informal discussions with DCs (including those who have received informal offers) and several faculty members.The overall proceedings will be conducted in Japanese, but individual conversations with participants and faculty members are free-talk, so you can also have conversations in English.
