Note: The campus closure period and remote work/research of faculty and staff have been reextended to May 31.
While the campus and the SPSE Office are closed owing to the spread of the coronavirus, work done by
the SPSE Office (Bldg. 3, 10F) will be handled as described below.
1. General Inquiries to the Office
For inquiries and consultations regarding matters to do with the Faculty of Political Science and Economics,
please send an email to [email protected]
with the following information:
• Student ID number (if you are a student at FPSE)
• Your name
• Your email address
• A subject line indicating the subject of your inquiry
• A message containing the details of your inquiry
2. Issuance of Certificates
As the campus is currently closed and faculty/administrative staff members are working from home,
there will be a pause in the issuance of certificates. We can accept applications for certificates by post during this period.

3. Period of Closure
The closure is anticipated to last from April 8 to May 31. If the period needs to be extended, notification
will be given on this website.
