In this joint seminar, Prof. Liang Tang from the Faculty of Political Science and Economics is pleased to invite Prof. Deyong Ma from the School of Government, Shenzhen University to give a guest talk about research design and survey analysis in political psychology and political communication based on his research experience. The participants are encouraged to introduce their own research topics, talk about their research challenges, and receive feedback from Prof. Deyong Ma and other participants.

Guest profile:
Dr. Deyong Ma is a Distinguished Professor at the School of Government, Shenzhen University. Before joining Shenzhen University, he has taught at Remin University of China and Nankai University and was a Marie Curie Research Fellow at University of Nottingham. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from Seoul National University. His research areas are political psychology and political communication. The topics of his papers span political ideology, political culture, social capital, grassroots democracy, and so on.
