＜Administrative Procedures at Academic Advising Office＞
Dear Students of Graduate School of Political Science/Economics/Public Management
As of 10, November 2014, the following administrative procedures can be dealt with at Academic Advising Office (1st floor Building No.7) in addition to the School Office. Academic Advising Office opening hours are between 9:00 -20:00 on weekdays, 9:00 and 18:00 on Saturdays.
◆Student ID card reissuance
◆Student ID card back side sticker issuance (except for the beginning of an academic year)
◆Student discount (transportation fee)/commuter pass certificate issuance
◆Student discount (transportation fee) three month extension process
◆Certificate of tuition fee payment
◆Tuition fee payment bank account registration (change)
◆Application for changes in registered information(address/guarantor/tuition payer)
◆Advise on course registration
◆Visa status report
