「研究指導(D)」（1年次春学期から）および「副研究指導(D)」（1年次秋学期から）について、研究指導の記録をつけ、学期末に担当教員／副指導教員からサインをもらったものを、Waseda Moodleの当該科目に提出してください。

For “Research supervision (D)” (starting in the spring semester of the first year) and “Research co-supervision (D)” (starting in the fall semester of the first year), keep a record of research guidance, and at the end of the semester Please submit the signed document by supervisors via Waseda Moodle to the relevant course.

年間8回程度開催される人間総合研究センター主催「人間科学交流会」（Current Topics in Human Sciences）に、博士学位申請までに合計8回出席し、積極的に議論に参加することが求められます。 交流会参加後、忘れずにコメントシートを記入し、指導教員のサインをもらった上で、学位申請までお手元に保管してください。

Before applying for doctoral degree, students are required to participate a total of 8 times in “Current Topics in Human Sciences” held by Advanced Research Center for Human Sciences, which are held about 8 times a year, and actively participate in discussions. After participating in “Current Topics in Human Sciences”, do not forget to fill in the comment sheet, obtain the signature of your supervisor, and keep it until you apply for doctoral degree.

通常、交流会の案内は、大学院生の皆様を対象に、開催1週間前にMy Wasedaの通知とメールでお知らせしています。 申請フォームから参加申し込みをしていただく形になりますので、忘れないようにお早めにお申し込みください。

Information about “Current Topics in Human Sciences” is generally sent to graduate students one week before the event via notice(MyWaseda) and email. You will be asked to apply for your participation from the application form, so please do not forget to apply as soon as possible.

博士学位審査申請を予定している課程内博士学生は、研究指導担当教員に相談の上、必ず中間報告会を実施してください。

Doctoral students who plan to apply for doctoral degree review must consult with your research advisor and make sure to hold the meeting.

• 博士学位論文 中間報告会実施要綱／Implementation guidelines of the interim report meeting for the doctoral dissertation

2016年度以降に博士学位審査申請を予定している課程内博士学生は、申請前に必ず研究倫理教育を受けることが義務づけられました。
以下の(1)～(3)のいずれかの方法で、人間科学研究科が定める研究倫理教育を受けたものである必要があります。

(1) 【早稲田大学人間科学研究科修士課程2年制修了者】大学院人間科学研究科修士課程2年制に必修科目として設置している「人間科学研究倫理概論」（2019年度以降開講）の単位を修得していること。有効期限は5年間とし、5年を超えて申請する場合は、改めて(3)を受講すること。

(2) 【早稲田大学修士課程修了者】博士学位申請年度の5年以内（例：2022年度に申請する場合、2018年度以降）にグローバルエデュケーションセンターが大学院全学共通設置科目として設置している正規科目「研究倫理概論」の単位を修得していること。受講年度が博士学位申請年度の5年以上前（例：2022年度に申請する場合、2017年度以前）の場合は、改めて(3)を受講すること。

(3) Waseda Moodleより「【人間科学研究科】研究倫理概論（閲覧用）」を受講すること。

• 博士後期課程在籍者はWaseda Moodleから受講できますので、在籍中に閲覧し、画面を印刷しておくようにしてください。受講後、学位申請までに5年を超えた場合には、コンテンツの内容が大幅に変更されてる可能性がありますので、改めて受講いただくことをおすすめします。
• Course N@viの「【人間科学研究科】研究倫理概論（閲覧用）」は2020年度末までアクセス可能ですので、「学習履歴」画面を印刷しておくようにしてください。Course N@viで受講された場合は、Waseda Moodleからの受講は不要です。
• 退学後はWaseda Moodleの学外者登録が必要です。（次項参照）

octoral students who plan to apply for doctoral degree review after 2016 are required to undergo research ethics education prior to application. Students must have received research ethics education as specified by the Graduate School of Human Sciences in one of the following ways (1) to (3).

(1) [Students who have completed the two-year master’s program at the Graduate School of Human Sciences, Waseda University] Applicants must have earned credits for “Introduction to Human Sciences Research Ethics” (offered from 2019 onward), which is a required course in the two-year master’s program at the Graduate School of Human Sciences. The validity period is five years. If students wish to apply after five years, they must take (3) again.

(2) [Students who have completed a master’s course at Waseda University] Within five years of the year of application for a doctoral degree (e.g., after 2016 if applying for a doctoral degree in the 2020 academic year), credits must have been earned in the regular course “Introduction to Research Ethics” offered by the Global Education Center as a university-wide course. If the year of the course is more than 5 years before the year of application for a doctoral degree (e.g., before 2016 if applying for a doctoral degree in ), the student must take (3) again.

(3) Students must take “[Graduate School of Human Sciences] Introduction to Research Ethics (for browsing)” from Waseda Moodle.

• Students enrolled in the doctoral course can take the course from Waseda Moodle, so please view the course while you are enrolled and print out the screen. If more than five years have passed since you took the course before you apply for your degree, it is recommended that you take the course again, as the content may have changed considerably.
• Course N@vi, “[Graduate School of Human Sciences] Introduction to Research Ethics (for viewing)” will be accessible until the end of FY2020, so please make sure to print out the “Learning History” screen. If you have taken the course in Course N@vi, you do not need to take it through Waseda Moodle.
• When you have withdrawn from Waseda University, you need to register as an external user of Waseda Moodle. (See next section)

早稲田大学におけるハイ・インパクトジャーナル掲載支援プログラムの対象とされている「SCImago Journal Rank（SJR）が、 当該ジャーナルの属する分野においてトップ3%である雑誌」のリスト（以下SJRリスト）については、 毎年度自動的に「博士学位申請要件を満たす共第一著者論文掲載学術雑誌リスト」に含めることとします。 学位申請要件となる論文の掲載年のSJRリストを学位申請者自身が確認し、申請時にその旨を記した文書を提出してください。

【SJRリストの確認方法】
SCImago Journal Rankにアクセスし、以下の(1)～(5)の通り情報を収集してください。

(1) まずは下記に従って雑誌の一覧を確認する。

• Subject area：該当の分野を選択。
• Subject Categories：ソートせずに「All subject categories」のままにしてください。
• Region/country：ソートせずに「All regions/countries」のままにしてください。
• Types：「Journals」を選択。
• 論文の掲載年が2021年の場合は「2019」、2020年の場合は「2018」、2019年の場合は「2017」を選択してください。

(2) 該当の雑誌が掲載されているかどうか確認してください。

(3) 該当の雑誌が掲載されている場合、SJRの数値と順位を確認し、当該雑誌の順位が同一分野の雑誌全体の中で上位3％に入るかどうか計算してください。

(4) 上位3%に入っている場合は、「博士学位申請要件を満たす共第一著者論文掲載学術雑誌リスト」の対象となります。学位申請時にその旨を記した文書をご提出ください。

(5) 上位3%に入っていない場合は、研究科が認めた場合に限り、「博士学位申請要件を満たす共第一著者論文掲載学術雑誌リスト」の対象となりますが、2023年度はSJRリスト以外に承認された雑誌はございません。今後追加された場合には、こちらでお知らせします

The list of “journals whose SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) is in the top 3% of the field to which the journal belongs” (hereinafter referred to as the “SJR List”), which is included in the High Impact Journal Publication Support Program at Waseda University, will be automatically included in the “List of academic journals, when co-first author papers are published in them, that meet the requirements for doctoral degree application” every academic year. The degree applicants must confirm the SJR list for the year of publication of their paper for which the degree application requirements are met, and submit a document stating this at the time of application.

How to check the SJR list
Please access SCImago Journal Rank and collect information as described in (1) to (5) below.

(1) First, check the list of journals according to the following.

• Subject area: Select the relevant field.
• Subject Categories: Leave “All subject categories” unsorted.
• Region/country: Leave it as “All regions/countries” without sorting.
• Types: Select “Journals”.
• Select “2019” if the year of publication is 2021, “2018” if the year of publication is 2020, and “2017” if the year of publication is 2019.

(2) Please check if the journal is listed.

(3) If the journal is listed, check the SJR score and rank, and calculate whether the journal’s rank is in the top 3% of all journals in the same field.

(4) If the journal is in the top 3%, it will be included in the “List of academic journals, when co-first author papers are published in them, that meet the requirements for doctoral degree application”. Please submit a document stating this fact at the time of degree application.

(5) If you are not in the top 3%, you will be included in the “List of academic journals, when co-first author papers are published in them, that meet the requirements for doctoral degree application” only if the Graduate School approves your application. No journals other than the SJR list have been approved for 2023. If it is added from now on, we will let you know here
