1.Theme
Being a leader in today’s world is a challenge that most people in these roles are not prepared for. To understand this challenge Said Business School recently interviewed over 150 CEOs of major companies regarding how their jobs were changing. The results are not just of interest to other CEOs and people who want this position – but also to leaders more generally. This session will focus on the findings of this research, which include topics such as the power of doubt, ripple intelligence and leading at the intersection. It will also address of the challenge of how leaders embrace, rather than resist, continual growth and renewal.
