On August 5th (Saturday) and 6th (Sunday), 2023, Waseda University hosted its Open Campus event, attracting a crowd of prospective students and their families interested in exploring the campus. During the event, a dedicated team of six current GMP students (Kazuki Onishi, Nagisa Kato, Yurika Kabashima, Ippei Kawarai, Honoka Kizu, and Kosuke Mitsuhori) took the stage to give a presentation about the GMP program.
The GMP team’s presentation provided an overview of GMP’s mission, program content, daily activities, participation in the Hong Kong International Case Competition (HKICC), and the various career paths pursued by GMP students. Directly coming from the students enrolled in the program, the presentation offered a unique opportunity to gain an insider view of the program. Following the presentation, an interactive question and answer session allowed the audience to delve deeper into the GMP experience. After the presentation, many attendees reached out for individual interactions with the GMP students, demonstrating the program’s appeal to prospective students.
The presentation was a great opportunity to showcase the program’s content and appeal, generating substantial interest among many accomplished prospective students in both Waseda University’s School of Commerce and the GMP program.
