As structural change continues to occur across the globe, it is essential for individuals to foster intellectual resilience in finding evidence-based solutions to problems without a definite answer, such as those arise from Covid-19. In addition, it is also necessary to sharpen one’s flexible sensitivity to comprehend perspectives of people having different backgrounds and positions to us as we seek out solutions that will satisfy people around the world.
