Figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu, student at the School of Sports Sciences, won the gold medal at the ISU Four Continents Figure Championships (4CC) with a total score of 299.42 (SP: 111.82, FP:187.60). Upon winning the 4CC, Hanyu became the first man figure skater to complete a “Super Slam” of major junior and senior competition triumphs.
