Come visit Waseda on the anniversary of its founding

Various activities and events are being organized to commemorate the anniversary of Waseda University’s founding on October 21. Two of these are being organized by the Student Affairs Section and the university circle Macchi Work Group Waseda. Macchi Work Group Waseda organizes activities in and around campus by collaborating with neighborhood restaurants, residents, and other organizations.

In front of Building 11 on Waseda Campus is a mosaic piece featured on the giant bulletin board with messages and photographs from students and neighborhood stores and restaurants. If you pass by the Okuma statue in the center of campus you may come across a sign counting down to the anniversary on October 21.

The mosaic and countdown sign will be up until anniversary day on October 21 so use this opportunity to see them while you still can!
