The Reading Marathon Corner just might have the book you’ve been looking for

Please stop by the Book Portal shelf presented by the circle of the same name

As you can see, the Book Center is preparing for the upcoming semester

The Book Center is home to a plethora of books to help you with your English language studies

Fall semester has just begun and many students are stopping by the Waseda University Coop Book Center to pick up textbooks for class. Waseda’s Book Center ranks far ahead of all other Japanese Universities in terms of sales and hosts a collection of books that puts surrounding bookstores to shame. Waseda affiliates receive a 10% discount on books (upon proper identification) and several book fairs throughout the year feature deals on books from specific publishers. You can stay updated by checking the Coop website and Twitter.

The Waseda Coop hosts a reading marathon that encourages students to read 100 books during their time at Waseda. Students receive a coupon after presenting their thoughts on 10 books which may be displayed alongside the corresponding books in the bookstore. This year will mark the 11th National Reading Marathon and Comment Prize. Waseda will also be awarding its own prize. Submissions will be accepted until October 9.
