The 6th Waseda Arts Festival was held from May 12 to June 11. Established in 2010 and managed and planned by students, this festival is held every spring and showcases participating circles’ activities.
Four theatrical performances were held at the new Dramakan Theater and Ono Auditorium and public performances by the “Omnibus” entertainment circle which featured musical, dance, and cheerleading were held at the Okuma Auditorium. A gallery featuring paintings and flower arrangements was also on display. The variety of performances and exhibitions demonstrated the devotion of students towards their circles and arts.
This past month has allowed students to satisfy their passion towards art and culture. These events have surely started a new chapter in the history of student culture at Waseda.
