Providing color to Waseda

To welcome the new semester, Waseda University has redesigned the wall surface of Building 27. The redesigned wall on Nanmon street reads “day<hour<minute<second,” a concept created by Waseda University’s Art and Architecture School.

By dividing time into units and materializing it before our eyes, the wall reminds us of the importance of irreplaceable moments.

At the corner of the wall are announcements and signs for events hosted by the Theatre Museum and Aizu Museum.

There are plans to display works from students in the future.
We hope you enjoy this window as it changes with the seasons.
