The QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025 were announced on March 12, 2025. Institutions are ranked in 5 broad subject areas and 55 individual subjects. For the 2025 edition, 5,203 universities worldwide were surveyed, with 1,747 being assigned a position in the rankings.
