Koki Kano emerges as champion at Fencing World Cup in Vancouver

On February 9, Koki Kano (third-year student at School of Sport Sciences) emerged as champion at the Fencing World Cup held in Vancouver, Canada. Upon his win, Kano, currently ranked world’s fourth, became the second Japanese athletic to won the champion title in the Fencing World Cup.

Waseda University wishes him all the best on his upcoming games and hopes the Waseda community will continue to cheer him on.
