About WIHL Virtual Annex

“Explore Your Story, Speak Your Heart.” With this motto, The Waseda International House of Literature—colloquially known as The Haruki Murakami Library—will open its doors in October 2021. Just as The Waseda International House of Literature aims to provide a cosmopolitan “home for literature” on campus, this website offers an encounter with narratives anytime, anywhere.

The Virtual Annex is an online center for exchange and communication as told through stories, providing global access to original content gathered from Japan and abroad.
