ICC is having a Welcome Festa, with multiple events for new students.

Make new friends, get essential info about student life, and get your Fall semester at Waseda off to the right start!

Welcome Party

• Date: 9/21（No pre-registration needed! ）

On entrance ceremony day, why not make your very first “connections” at Waseda?

It’s a great chance to meet not only fellow new students, but also international and current Waseda students!
Enjoy snacks and drinks while chatting freely, and join in fun activities with prizes.

Welcome Café

• Dates: 9/22~10/8 (8 sessions) ※10/6 at Nishi-Waseda Campus
  （No pre-registration needed! ）

Campus Photo Adventure @ Waseda & Toyama Campus

• Date①: 9/30  (Deadline: 9/22, 9am)
• Date②: 10/20 (Deadline: 10/13, 9am)
  
  Would you like to have an adventure on campus with your fellow Japanese and international students?You will form teams and complete various missions, such as “Selfie with Okuma statue,” or “Jump shot in front of the main gate.” Both dates will include the Waseda and Toyama campuses.*You can attend one session only as both dates share the same contents.And we have prizes for the winning team!

Rice Harvesting

• Date: 10/4  (Deadline: 9/26, 9am) 
  
  Have you ever harvested rice before?
  Join us at the verdant Tokorozawa Campus and give it a try!
  Come and enjoy a great experience in nature with us!

Language Lunches

• Dates: 10/9~27（No pre-registration needed! ）
  
  You can chat casually in a specific language during lunchtime. For new students, it is a great opportunity to try out an ICC event.By joining, there are so many things you can experience, such as meeting new people and learning about other countries. 

Japanese Tea Party   ※Website coming soon!

• Date: 10/15
  Enjoy a Japanese Tea Event with Matcha Making!Learn about the history and characteristics of Japanese tea, sample several types of tea, and enjoy traditional sweets.
  Sip your tea while chatting and connecting with other participants, and deepen your understanding of Japanese culture.
