なぜSSLとして応募したか Why I applied to be an SSL
幼いころから、国際交流のイベントに参加することが好きでした。そこで新しい文化や言語、価値観に触れていくうちに、将来は世界と繋がれる「何か」をしたいと思っていました。高校生の時ICCのホームページに出会い、心がワクワクするようなイベントの数々に興味を持っていました。生まれてからずっと日本で暮らしてきた私ですが、自分もそのような異文化交流の場を支える一員になりたいました。また私と近いバックグラウンドを持つ日本人学生が、さらに異文化交流の機会をもてる場を作りたいと思い、勇気を出して応募しました。
I’ve enjoyed communicating with various people from all over the world since I was a child, and I happened to come across the ICC website. I had a great interest in ICC and decided to apply. I would like to draw more Japanese students to the ICC.
SSLとして働くことへのやりがい Why I like being an SSL
まだSSLになったばかりですが、ICCで人と人の出会いを支えられることに、喜びを感じています。これから沢山のことを学んで、早く貢献できるよう精一杯がんばりたいです。
I’ve just become an SSL, but I find joy in bringing people together. I want to learn many things and become a contributor as soon as possible.
多様性・異文化理解について一言 About diversity and cultural exchange
私もまだまだ勉強中です。
ですがまずは笑顔で相手とコミュニケーションをとろうとすることが大切だと思います。
I’m still trying to find what is diversity and cultual exchange, however, the thing I feel is that making smile and enjoy communicating with people.
