For this program students will visit Waseda Jitsugyo, a Waseda University-affiliated elementary school, and participate in a special English lesson.
It’s a great opportunity to see what Japanese school life is like and have a fun time with the bright and lively children. No Japanese language skills or advance preparation are required!

Orientation: June 22 (Thu) 12:30-1:00pm (@Zoom, attendance required)
School Visit 1: June 28 (Wed) 8:45am-12:15pm (6th-grade, three 40-min lessons)
School Visit 2: June 29 (Thu) 8:45am-12:15pm (5th-grade, three 40-min lessons)
*Apply for one visit or two. Priority given to applicants available for both visits

Participant Responsibility
Although this is a volunteer program, lessons are designed around your participation, so dropping out of the program or being late is not acceptable.
