Poster

Namaste!

Have you been feeling less active since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic? Do you want to exercise but do not know where to start? Have you ever tried Yoga?

This time, the ICC wants to help you get back on your feet by organizing our first online yoga event. We know how stressful the pandemic and online studies are, so with yoga, you can relax and exhale the stress away. With the help of our guest speaker, yoga instructor Zen Lim, you can experience a beginner-friendly and mat-free yoga lesson from your home!

However, this event is more than just experiencing; it’s learning. Did you know that there are different types of yoga? Each kind caters to an individual need, whether you want a more physical practice, a spiritual practice, or a balance of both. Learn about Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and more!

Let’s start the morning right with yoga!
