Would you like to go and learn about Tokyo’s premier sacred power spot; Meiji Jingu Shrine?
Just like last year, the ICC is holding a Field Trip to Meiji Jingu Shrine again! You can take a guided tour of Meiji Jingu Shrine given by a shinto priest.
This tour is all encompassing, from basic information about the shrine to deep trivia that even Japanese people don’t know!
This is a great chance to enjoy a treasured place of Japanese culture from a rarely accessible point of view.
The highlight of this event is the “Prayer Ceremony”. Where attendees prayers for the health of loved ones, academic achievement and safe travels are recited out by a senior priest followed by the Kagura dance celebration ritual.

It will be a truly unforgettable experience.
And of course Meiji Jingu is also rich with nature, the shrine forest is over 15 times bigger than the Tokyo Dome baseball stadium. We can forget about the hustle and bustle of the city outside amongst the beautiful flowers and chirping birds. If you want to feel a refreshing autumn sky while enjoying mixing with people from all over the world, then please join us for this great trip to Meiji Jingu Shrine!
