The blue sky and ocean stretching out to the horizon.
Floating on the beautiful Pacific ocean, Hawaii is beloved by many for its romantic sightseeing spots.
Hawaii is an archipelago of 130 islands, within that are 6 main islands you can visit; Kaua’i, Oahu, Moloka’i, Lana’i, Maui and Hawaii. They are all full of outstanding natural beauty with beaches that sparkle in the sun, the hidden environment of Iao Valley and one of the most active volcanoes in the world; Kilauea. Each island has its own unique charm.
At the ICC, a fantastic Hawaiian party will be held to reflect the beauty of Hawaii by introducing you to traditional Hawaiian music, Hula dance, culture and history.
There will also be a Hawaiian student presenter to talk about indigenous Hawaiian language and culture with you!!
What’s more? The Waseda Circle “WASElele (a ukulele circle)” and “Waseda Hula Girls” will be there to show off the beauty of Hawaiian dance and music with a special performance!
The traditional music and hula dance are not only major parts of Hawaiian identity, they are also said to be the performance of the gods of the islands and part of their mysterious culture.
Come along to the Hawaiian party and feel one step closer to summer!
