The ICC Office and Lounge has moved to the 1st floor of Building 3!
And so we’ve planned a fun filled 5 days to celebrate our brand new home! Drop by our lounge and take part in some of our fun activities! There’ll even be drinks, snacks and presents!

Part 1: ★ Relocation Plastic Folders ★

We’ll be giving out free ICC Plastic Folders to everyone who comes to the lounge!

Part 2: ★ Free Fresh Bread from Co-op ★ （11:30am～）

Over the 5 days of the event we’ll be giving away free breads kindly sponsored by Waseda University Co-op to the following people on the days indicated. (Limited to 200 a day).
We’ll also have self-service tea and coffee available.

Nov 5th:1st year students
Nov 6th:2nd year students
Nov 7th: 3rd year students
Nov 10th:4th year students & above
Nov 11th:Graduate students & staff

※Exchange students & JLP students may come any day!
※Limited to one per person. Kindly fill out a questionnaire afterwards.
※In order to receive free bread, please enter thru the exterior door facing Building 7.

Part 3: ★ Special Activities ★

While enjoying your bread and drinks in our lounge, why not take part in some of our fun activities?

1) Mark which places you’d like to visit on our world & Japanese maps!
2) Say ICC! Get your picture taken with a special ICC Frame and upload your pix onto Facebook, Twitter or Instagram!
3) “How many peas in the jar?” Guess the right number to win a prize!

Part 4: ★ Daily Lunch Events ★ （12:15～12:55pm）

Looking for a place to eat lunch? Want to casually meet new friends during lunchtime? Then bring your own bento and meet new people at ICC’s new lounge! Grab a seat and chat over lunch!
