In order to prevent the spread of highly Infectious diseases at school, school students who have contracted any of the diseases listed under Table I: School infectious Disease Prevention Policy will not be allowed to come to school during the “suspension period of coming to school” based on the authority of relevant Japanese law*1.
Students who have contracted one of the diseases indicated below are required to notify the university immediately.

※Infectious gastroenteritis (viral gastroenteritis), Salmonella infection (excluding typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever), Campylobacter infection, Mycoplasma infection, Haemophilus influenzae infection, Pneumococcal infection, Hemolytic Streptococcal infection, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hand, Foot and Mouth disease, Herpangina, Erythema infectiosum, Acute Bronchiolitis (RS virus infection, etc.), EB virus infection, simplex Herpes infection, Herpes zoster, etc.
※Regarding the COVID-19 and influenza (except for specified avian influenza), it is not necessary to submit “Certificate of Recovery from Infectious Disease” after the period of suspension from classes. Therefore, students may submit proof of illness (medical certificate, etc.) as an attached document. The name of infectious disease and the quarantine period should be confirmable from the document.
