【日本企業を知るシリーズ】２０２４年度 ニトリホールディングス
2023年度に引き続き、様々な業界から その業界を代表する企業をお招きし、“早稲田大学の留学生限定” で業界研究イベントを開催しています。
2024 年度は、野村證券をはじめ JR 東日本、住友林業、楽天グループをお招きしてきました。今回は、「住まいの豊かさを世界の人々に提供する。」というロマン（志）を社員の方々が企業行動の原点とし、グループの力を終結して活動をされている「株式会社ニトリホールディングス」をお招きします。
海外サプライヤーとのやり取りが多く、海外リレーションも大変強く・深く、「世界中のより多くのお客様に、住まいの豊かさを届け、貢献してくれている世界の方々への恩返し」を原動力に、「製造物流IT小売業のニトリグループ」だから実現できる、さまざま貢献活動に取り組まれ、グローバル人材が活躍されております。
本イベントでは、採用担当者からご説明頂く経営理念やグローバル人材の採用方針、人材育成の考え方等をご紹介いただくほか、実際に働いている、本学留学卒業生の先輩社員にも登壇いただき、就職活動当初の経験やニトリホールディングスに入社した決め手、仕事のやりがい等を語っていただきます。留学生の皆様にとっては、新たな業界におけるグローバル企業の経営戦略や人材採用等について、理解を深めることができる貴重な機会です！
就職活動は自己分析と業界研究からスタートしますが、その業界研究の一環として、自身のキャリア形成を考えるきっかけとして、ぜひご参加ください。

内容
ニトリホールディングスは「製造小売業」をベースに、物流機能とITをプラスし、商品の企画や原料の調達、製造・物流・販売に至るまでの一連の過程を全体プロデュースする新たなビジネスモデル「製造物流IT小売業」の確立をされています。業界・企業紹介、グローバル人材の採用方針、人材育成についてもご紹介頂き、またQAセッションを通じてニトリホールディングスの外国籍社員（早稲田卒業生）と意見交換ができます。
なお、本イベントはキャリア教育啓発プログラムと位置付け、企業の採用活動との関係はありません。

It’s valuable opportunities that a face-to-face event exclusively for international students at Waseda.
In this event, Nitori Holdings, Inc. will introduce their business as well as strategic vision and recruitment policy for international talents.
