We will hold an information session for UNESCO Internship Programme with UNESCO. The UNESCO Internship Programme is a learning opportunity for students and recent graduates to learn about UNESCO’s mandate, programmes and processes as well as enhance their academic and technical knowledge through practical assignments.
In this session, we will offer the description of the institution, the outline of the programme and announce the application process for participating in the programme.

【Speaker】
Rika Yorozu
Rika Yorozu is Head of Executive Office and Regional Programme Coordinator at the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau for Education, Bangkok, since August 2021. Before joining UNESCO Bangkok, she worked in the Higher Education Section at UNESCO Headquarters, Paris; UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning, Hamburg; and the Asia-Pacific Cultural Centre for UNESCO (ACCU), Tokyo. She has provided support to developing and middle-income countries in Asia and Africa in strategy and development of lifelong learning policies, especially in addressing inclusive participation in adult learning and education, and making youth and adult literacy programmes gender responsive. Her special interests are community learning and women’s leadership development in education. Yorozu holds an EdD from the University of Glasgow.
