Career Matching Fair for Bilingual or Multilingual Students of Waseda University!
Participating companies are looking for bilingual or multilingual students of the class of 2023.
Do you want to work in Japan? Would you like to get a job that utilize your language skill?
Do not miss this opportunity!
You are welcome to join the Summer Job Matching Fair(夏休み採用マッチング会) which is at the same period.
You can apply to companies directly or you can wait for contact from companies by disclosing your entry sheets.
Please kindly note this Job Fair for Multilingual students is mainly operated in Japanese.
Target is as follows.
①current student to graduate in September, 2023 or March, 2024【undergraduate・master degree program】（Exclusively for regular students）
②wish to join the company from April, 2024【doctor degree program】※post-doctor is included. （Exclusively for regular students）
③graduated during March, 2021～March, 2023【graduates】*2 （Waseda University graduates）
*1 Language ability required differs company by company. So please confirm the requirement of each company.
*2 Graduates who wish to join the matching fair, please contact career center.
Please note if you graduated from Waseda and currently enrolled at other university, you can NOT join the fair.

1．High-lights
①Special merit will be offered by companies ONLY in this matching fair！
In case you register to join the matching fair*, special merit for job screening will be offered by each company.
The merit differs company by company, so please confirm the screening schedule(選考スケジュール) of each company.
*Registration from the exclusive form by career center is necessary.
②Two ways to join！（you can join in both ways）
1．Submit in advance(エントリー方式) in case you wish to approach to company
2．Wait for contact(スカウト方式) in case you wish to be scouted by company
③Great chance to meet companies wish to recruit Waseda students！

③Check the「夏休み採用マッチング会＆バイリンガル人材採用マッチング会」
※In case you cannot access to Career Compass, please contact career center.

5．Notice from career center
①Do reply to the mail sent from companies！
The company personnel will contact you by e-mail or phone, please confirm and reply by yourself.
（please express your thinking such as “understood” or “I wish to have the next job screening step” or “I wish to know more about your company” or “I wish to refuse the job offer” etc.,）
②Do be on time as shown by the company！
The job screening process such as deadline and schedule differs company by company.
Please by on time as shown by the company.
In case you have class or other schedule and it is difficult to have the screening, please contact the company as soon as possible to ask if it is possible to change the date and time for the screening.
