Once you have accepted a job offer, or plan to further studies, or remain undecided even upon graduation, please update your graduation record on MyWaseda before you graduate. This graduation record is used for statistic data for Japanese government as well as reference data for new job-seekers of Waseda University.
All degree-seeking Waseda students who will graduate in September 2026 and March 2027.
This applies to all graduates and program completers. Reporting is required not only for those entering the workforce but also for all individuals in the following categories:
Examples: Part-time work, further studies, studying abroad, taking certification exams, undecided, self-employment or starting a business, returning to previous job or continuing current job, etc.
From AY2026, career path reports will be submitted via the new Career Compass system.
Log in to MyWaseda→”Student Affairs” menu, select “Career Compass.”→Select “Career Path Report” (内定・進路の報告(学部・修士学生用))in Career Compass
