Procedure flow/手順:

1. Read the guidelines and collect necessary documents./ガイドラインを参照し必要書類を集めてください。

2. Upload the documents from the following form/申請書類を以下の申請フォームよりアップロードしてください:

3. Wait for a reply email from the Waseda University Career Center, informing of the shipping date or when you can pick it up.
*Note that screening procedure may take about a week(five working days)./キャリアセンターからの発送通知（郵送の場合）もしくは発行通知（キャリアセンターで受け取る場合）をお待ちください。*審査に1週間程度（5営業日）時間を要します。

4. Receiving the recommendation letter by letter pack or by visiting Career Center, go and apply for the visa change at the Immigration Services Agency along with other necessary documents./レターパックもしくはキャリアセンターで推薦状を受け取ったら、出入国管理局に他の申請書類と一緒に申請してください。
