Handling of Personal Information of Waseda University GSICCS Alumni Network

The Office of Graduate School of International Culture and Communication Studies (GSICCS) manages the personal information of Waseda University GSICCS Alumni Network members including name, e-mail, academic affiliation and career. As our belief that personal information should be handled with great care, we strictly manage the collection, storage, and usage of personal information in line with the following guidelines:

Cases when Personal Information of  Waseda University GSICCS Alumni Network are Utilized

 The personal information of Waseda University GSICCS Alumni Network is used as follows.

• Sending notifications related to events by e-mail from the GSICCS Office
• Sending requests by e-mail to speak at events (alumni talks and symposiums, etc.) hosted by GSICCS.
• Sending requests by e-mail for cooperation from current Waseda University students when they need support for alumni visits. (Personally-identifiable information will be disclosed to the current students only when we obtain your consent)

 We will not collect personal information or disclose personally-identifiable information without your consent.
