Hello everyone, my name is Peter Chai (Kai Shibata), and I am a member of the Student Advisors for Waseda Culture who help with the creation and spreading of Waseda culture and prepare events with office staff in the Waseda Cultural Affairs Division that encourage participants to discover and rediscover the charms of Waseda’s cultural institutions!
