March 10, 2026, the Waseda University History Museum added fine‑grained records for its “Honbu Documents Addendum” collection (早稲田大学本部書類(続)) within the Waseda University Cultural Resource Database.
Formerly the web catalogue displayed 140 entries at the level of a single document (one record per item). By incorporating multiple sub‑entries for each document, the total now stands at 22,172 records; the quantity and numbering of the underlying physical items remain unchanged.

The previous web catalogue yielded no results for a search on “最高” (supreme).

The revised version, however, returns 24 matching records.
Usage information
Details on viewing and copying are set forth in the user guide.
When requesting use of the “Honbu Documents” or “Honbu Documents Addendum” collection, please specify the desired material at the record level rather than by document unit. The identifier “6‑XXX” denotes an individual document; “6‑XXX‑YYY” indicates a sub‑entry (one record) contained within that document. In most cases, “5‑XXX‑000” or “6‑XXX‑000” refers to the record for the front cover and table of contents of a bound volume.
For viewing the materials, we’ll provide A3 or A4 printouts of the digitized data. Photographs may be taken with a digital camera or smartphone; however, removal of the printed sheets is not permitted.
