The Yanai Initiative is thrilled to announce that Extremely Short won the “The Dadaist Award” in PIAFF 2025.
PIAFF(Paris International Animation Film Festival) doesn’t have a Grand Prix so it has few awards like directing but the jury can propose two or three awards of their choice.
And they gave Extremely Short “The Dadaist Award” with this sentence: “An ode to existentialism and surrealism by one of the great
contemporary filmmakers of the absurd”
