The Aizu Museum is currently hosting two fall exhibitions: “Imported and Exported Porcelain” and “Leaders of Waseda.”

The “Imported and Exported Porcelain” exhibition features imported old blue and white porcelain (ko-sometsuke) and tea bowls made in the brushed style (korai chawan) as well as exported porcelain from the old Hizen Province.

The “Leaders of Waseda” exhibition features portraits of distinguished figures from Waseda University. Please stop by when you have the time.

These exhibitions are located in the permanent exhibition room on the 2nd floor of the Aizu Museum and on display until November 8. The museum is open from 10:00-17:00 and closed on Sundays and public holidays but will be open on October 11 and 18, and November 7 and 8.
