Enjoy the seasonal flowers of Okuma Garden
The beginning of April saw a lot of rainfall and was followed by uncomfortably chilly weather. However, the sun has finally come out and it now feels like spring has arrived.
Okuma Garden is a great spot on campus to enjoy the sunny weather. The garden transforms with the seasons and is enjoyed by those within and outside the Waseda University community. On sunny days students can be seen reading on the benches and having lunch with their friends on the lawn.
Okuma Garden’s opening hours have been extended this year allowing easier access for everyone. Approximately one month has passed since the start of spring semester and surely there are many tired students on campus. How about you refresh yourself after class by visiting Okuma Garden and relaxing under the warm sun?
Okuma Garden is open from Monday to Saturday when classes are in session. The garden is open from 9:00-17:00 from April to September and from 9:00 to 16:30 October through March.
