In the academic year 2021, the entire Waseda community; our students, alumni, faculty and staff members, etc., worked together to adjust to the “new life” with Covid-19 and restore some normality on our campuses in the midst of the challenges that the pandemic presented. Through the interviews and scenes in this video, we reflect on the events of the past year and introduce the major steps the University is taking as it moves forward into 2022, where we will celebrate the 140th anniversary of Waseda University’s founding. We will continue to uphold our mission and vision in 2022.
