“Corporate governance: how to balance shareholder and stakeholder view. ”
The sessions is aimed at discussing shareholder and stakeholder model of firms. It also proposes different methods and cases to balance the competing interests converging into a firm.
The session may be complemented by reading the paper: Zattoni, A., 2011.
