What impresses you the most when watching a film?
An interesting protagonist, a touching line or a surprising ending? Everyone has different opinions, so why not share these thoughts with other film fans?
Also, in the 21st century with rapid globalization, there are more and more remake films that transcend national borders. They make a great topic to talk about and understand international films!
This time, ICC is holding a Movie Talk Night. We have invited a professor who specializes in film studies to talk about “Ikiru” by Akira Kurosawa and its British remake “Living” by Oliver Hermanus. We recommend that you watch them in advance.
After a short lecture with some short clips, it’s a completely free talk in small groups. Snacks and drinks will be provided too, so come and enjoy movie talk!
