Why did you apply to become an SSL?

I found out about ICC by participating in one of its events when I was a freshman. I enjoyed communicating with people from diverse countries and making new friends. After several events, I soon found myself eager to make events for international students to communicate with each other just as I did.

What does working as an SSL mean to you?

While working as a student staff leader in ICC, I want to encounter a wide range of people, providing them and myself an opportunity to interact by overcoming barriers of having different languages and cultures. To do so, I want to do my best in PR, including ICC’s YouTube channel and event posters, to improve ICC’s brand awareness and increase the chance of participation to a larger number of people. I am also looking forward to holding numerous events where the participants can learn about other cultures while making new friends, so please stay tuned!
