Have you ever heard of Chinese paper cutting?
This traditional folk art remains today. From flowers and animals to daily scenes, a variety of designs with specific meanings are cut into paper. On special days like spring festivals, Chinese people hang their paper cutting decorations on doors or windows to celebrate.
On July 3rd, ICC is holding a Chinese paper cutting workshop. We have invited a specialist as the guest speaker to introduce the history and teach us how make the art. The design will be related to the rabbit, which is this year’s zodiac. And you can take your work home!
