Hello Waseda students!
Why don’t you have an intercultural exchange by sharing information about your favorite book in a new reading space that opened a year ago?
The Haruki Murakami Library is a building designed by Mr. Kengo Kuma, an architect who is also famous for designing the National Stadium. Renovated from the original Building 4 and opened in October 2021, it is a must-see for Haruki Murakami fans around the world.
In such a sophisticated space, we will hold an event where you can bring your favorite book and exchange information.
Regardless of the author or genre, by introducing your favorite book to each other, you may learn about the fun of books you didn’t know or find like-minded friends with similar sensibilities. Maybe it can also be a chance to reconsider yourself.
A tour of the library is also included in the event, so this is your chance to fully enjoy the design space of the Haruki Murakami Library!
Don’t miss this opportunity. Please join us!
